Sleep Quality (1-10): Rate how well you slept. 1 = terrible, 10 = perfect.
Snooze/Wake Time: When you went to bed and woke up. App calculates sleep duration automatically.
Mood State: How you feel mentally. "Psyched" = excited to climb, "Exhausted" = need rest.
Stress Level (1-10): Life stress affecting you today. 1 = zen, 10 = overwhelmed.
DOMS & Tendons: How sore your muscles and tendons feel. Higher = more pain.
Skin Condition: "Perfect" = ready to grip, "Raw/Burning" = needs recovery.
Days Since Last Session: How many days since you last climbed or trained.
Intensity (RPE 1-10, 0=rest): How hard your last workout felt. Skip if it was a rest day.
Completed Today: Check all activities you did today (climbing, weights, cardio, etc).
Pre-Training Meal: Did you eat before training? Affects energy levels.
📈 History & Analytics:
Training History: View all your past entries organized by week. Each entry shows your readiness score, metrics, and recommendations.
Delete Entries: Click the "Delete" button on any log entry to remove it permanently.
Export Data: Export your training data as CSV for analysis in other apps.
Analytics Charts: Toggle different metrics on/off to see trends over time. Click the colored buttons to show/hide specific data lines.

🔄 Data Sync:
Send Data: Generate a 6-digit code to share your training data with another device. The receiving device scans your QR code or enters the code manually.
Receive Data: Enter a 6-digit code from another device, or use the 📷 camera button to scan a QR code and receive training data.
Data Backup: Create backup codes to save your data safely. Copy the generated code and store it somewhere safe.
Restore Data: Paste a backup code to restore your training history from a previous backup.
Data Privacy: All data stays on your device - nothing is sent to external servers unless you manually sync with another device.
